Delivery and payments
Dear customers,
We offer FREE shipping on all internal orders over
190 BGN and all international orders over 100 EUR.
Shipping charges for orders less than
190 BGN/ 100 EUR are:
- 5,00 BGN / 2,50 EUR for Sofia region; 6,00 BGN / 2,50 EUR for regions in the country and 20,00 BGN / 10,00 EUR for international orders
- All domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 1-2 business days from the order date. For international orders it may take longer and delivery time vary by country but should normally arrive within 7-10 business days. International orders may also be object to fees imposed by the country`s customs department. All international orders are VAT free. If some of the products are not available the client will receive an e-mail.
- The client is able to cancel the order within next 1 hour from the moment of order’s registration in the system. The client must inform the supplier sending an e-mail to info@menfashion-bg.com that he rejects the order.
- If order is already shipped and at this time the client rejects the order, he must pay to supplier all post charges.
- The client can send a claim in the next 2 / two / months from the moment of determination of disparity between ordered and delivered item. The item must be returned in original packing, no washed, no ironed, no dry cleaned. The item must be returned via courier and charges are on behalf of the the client.The client can not send claim if he has already used the item.
- If the supplier can not complete the order, he can offer to replace an item with another one for the same price, or the client can reject the order. If the client reject the order and the payment is already done with debit or credit card, or using bank payment, supplier must send back the full amount in next 3 / three / business days.
Payments
Cash on delivery
- You can pay your order at the moment of receiving. You must pay the amount to our courier. To confirm your order we will call you between 11.00 a.m. and 08.00 p.m. to your specify phone number.

Bank transfer
- If you choose the bank transfer to pay your order we will give to you our bank account in confirmation e-mail for your order. Your order will be completed when our bank office confirm that ammount is received.
Local debit cards - BORICA*
- If you choose this way to payment you need to be a member of E-Pay system. You can make a registration to www.epay.bg
Credit cards
- We accept Mastercard and Visa. We use the system for credit cards payments Veryfied by VISA and Mastercard Secure code.
- Dear customers, when you place your order, the system will offer you all appliciable payment methods for your order.
